- present an electronic health record in the future;

- biometric authentication;

- Visibility of available insurance program limits;

- displaying the status of claims filed by insured persons.

First-time access to the app is provided by bank authentication tools. App re-access is provided with personalized PIN code or mobile device biometric reading technology with fingerprint or face recognition.
